Gaung Garuda 2026 is a student-led Indonesian music and cultural festival by PPI Hannover, bringing together live music, dance performances, Indonesian food, and a vibrant community atmosphere.
Under the theme “Celestial Night”, this year’s festival celebrates connection, creativity, and togetherness among Indonesian students, the diaspora, and international friends in Germany.

- 1. Who is allowed to have a ticket to attend the event? In accordance with venue regulations, visitors under the age of 8 are not permitted to enter the venue. All visitors aged 8 years and above are required to have a valid ticket. The event organizer may conduct age verification on the day of the event.
- 2. Should I buy a ticket for visiting the bazaar area? No. You don't need a ticket to visit our bazaar for the indonesian culinaries.
- 3. Are the tickets digital or physical? All tickets are digital. We encourage all customers to keep their digital tickets safe until they are redeemed on the day of the event.
- 4. Can one ticket be used by more than one person or redeemed multiple times? No. Each ticket is valid for one person only and may only be redeemed once.
- 5. What should I do when entering my personal information during ticket purchase? Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided during the ticket purchase process is accurate and complete.
- 6. What happens if I provide incorrect personal information? Gaung Garuda is not responsible for any issues resulting from incorrect personal information, including but not limited to incorrect names, email addresses, or contact details.
- 7. How many tickets can I purchase in a single checkout? A maximum of 3 (three) tickets may be purchased in a single checkout transaction.
- 8. Can I request a ticket refund? Yes. Tickets are refundable under the following conditions; Refund requests must be submitted by contacting the event organizer through Gaung Garuda’s Instagram account. ; Refunded tickets are subject to a 30% deduction from the original ticket price. ; Refund requests are accepted until 23 September 2026. After this date, refunds will no longer be available. ; Ticket refunds are not intended to include the transport and accomodation costs.
- 9. What happens if the event is canceled by the organizer? If the event is canceled by the organizer, visitors may be offered a full refund, partial refund, or the option to donate their ticket value, depending on the circumstances and the official refund policy.
- 10. Can the organizer change the event program or schedule? Yes. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, performers, or venue arrangements if necessary. Such changes do not automatically entitle visitors to a refund.
- 11. What do I need to present at the entrance? Visitors must present a valid digital ticket for ticket redemption upon entry. Invalid, duplicated, or suspected fraudulent digital tickets will not be accepted.
- 12. Can I resell or transfer my ticket? Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes or at a higher price without prior written permission from the organizer. A ticket transfer is allowed and only valid through the official procedure which can be obtained with contacting the event organizer via Instagram Gaung Garuda, which must be done before 16 Oct 2026.
- 13. What if I lose or accidentally delete my digital ticket? Lost or deleted digital tickets cannot be replaced.
- 14. Will photos or videos be taken during the event? Yes. By attending the event, visitors acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken for documentation, promotional, and publication purposes by Gaung Garuda, PPI Hannover, and affiliated parties.
- 15. How will my personal data be used? Personal data collected during the ticket purchase process will be used only for ticketing, event administration, communication, and security purposes related to Gaung Garuda.
